  • Large Platform Full Automatic Rockwell  Hardness Tester MHRSS-150/45-Zr, adopted the international advanced closed-loop sensor control technology, to achieve full automatic control and hardness testing process. The load system uses high-precision force value sensor and central controller to form a closed-loop loop to achieve full microsecond level tracking and control of the booster process.
    The measurement system uses  Japanese high-precision displacement sensor with a hardness value resolution of 0.1 HR and an accuracy of ± 0.15 HR. The position of the indenter is fixed, and the hardness test is carried out by moving up and down the platform. The overall movement of the large platform eliminates the gap generated during the lifting and lifting of the wire bar, greatly improves the accuracy and repeatability of the test, and also increases the stability and efficiency of the machine's work. Add foot switch function, a key type of measurement, saving a lot of manpower, convenient for use in the field.

    The device adopts a more advanced and suitable central processing chip to respond to the entire hardness test process at high speed. After each hardness test is started to the end, the central processing chip will process 18,000 to 30,000 sets of data at super high speed. Shorten the load action that the traditional electric charging hardness meter takes 8 seconds to achieve to 2 seconds.
